refresh - 3-in-1 neck stretcher

I’ve had my fair share of neck pain over the years, so I’m always on the lookout for something that actually works. I came across this neck stretcher on Facebook and was super intrigued, because I hadn’t seen EMS and heat in a stretcher before. Right out of the box, I was super impressed with the build quality. It’s sturdy and well-made. Nothing to setup, just a few buttons to get used to, and you’re all set. The EMS is what really caught my attention. I’ve tried various muscle relief gadgets, but this one is different. It feels like a gentle yet effective massage that targets the muscles right where I need it most. It’s like having a personal masseuse in the comfort of my own home. The heat function is just the cherry on top. The warmth adds a layer of comfort that just melts away the tension. One of the things I appreciate the most is how easy it is to use. You can adjust all of the settings to your liking. I use it on my bed before falling sleep and let it work its magic. The design is quite comfortable, no weird pinching or awkward positioning, just lay on top of it naturally. My neck pain and stiffness has significantly reduced. It’s been a huge relief and I can’t believe I didn’t find this sooner. I highly recommend it!

My friend recommended I try this for my chronic neck pain. I’ve been going to get a massage every week but it just relieves the pain temporarily, doesn’t actually solve the problem. If you’re like me and spend way too many hours at a desk, you need this neck stretcher in your life. My neck used to feel so stiff and sore from sitting all day, but this thing has totally saved me. The EMS gives such a nice, relaxing massage. After a long day hunched ove rmy computer, the heat feels amazing and really helps ease the tension. It’s super easy to use too. I use it right before I go to sleep. I almost fell asleep on it the other night. It’s firm but not hard. My neck pain has seriously improved since I got this about a week ago. Going to work every day is a pain in the neck in itself, but let alone when your neck ACTUALLY HURTS!!! I took my chances and got the refresh neck stretcher after seeing 2 videos about it. I’ve waited a month to write this review so I can get a real conclusion after giving it a good shot and I must say, I’m over the moon with it. I could barely keep my neck up straight before starting to use this. Today, I’m proudly seated straight at my laptop with 0 pain. Nothing! All gone!!! This is easily the best investment I’ve made, and all it took was just 10 minutes a day of laying my neck on it. Happy! Happy! Happy!

“Wow” was the first thing I said when I laid on this for the first time. I’ve used neck stretchers before, but the heat and EMS is just so relaxing. I had never seen a stretcher with those features which is why I got it. I threw away the other ones I had, this one is all I need.

Bought this on a whim since my husband is always complaining about his neck pain! And he started getting a neck hump a few years ago that makes it difficult for him to straighten out his neck on his own. I watched all of Acemend’s videos to show him how it works but he was hesitant to try it at first. Now he loves it! He uses it five minutes a day and his neck hump is already going down! It’s only been a week. Definitely buy if you or someone you love is dealing with neck pain or if you’re sick of them complaining like I was 🤣 nothing else has worked for him like this does!

My sister got one of these and let me try it cuz I deal with severe neck pain from doin floors for 10+ years but I’m scared of chiropractors. 😅 I bought my own and have been using it for two weeks. The pain’s gone and I still use it cuz I want to keep my neck aligned since I’m still hunched over most of the day. I really like the heat. I had never used EMS before but I got used to it quickly. This is amazing! It feels like a mini massage and the heat is super soothing. I use it every night after work and my neck has never felt better. I got it on sale but I would have paid full price. I have never seen anything like this. Totally worth every penny.
